With over three years of experience in system administration, network operations, and technical support, I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and customer-focused service delivery.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Network Infrastructure and System Administration from Conestoga College and a Google IT Support Specialist certification, which together have equipped me with a solid blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise. My work has included configuring and maintaining Active Directory, managing Office 365 environments, implementing endpoint protection, resolving helpdesk tickets, and optimizing network performance for improved uptime and user experience.
